Cancellations: Should you elect to cancel your registration before the start of the conference for any reason, AAPO will not be able to avoid costs incurred. For this reason we charge a fee for cancellation as indicated below. All requests to cancel your registration must be received by AAPO via email.

Registration is fully transferrable. However, AAPO takes no responsibility for finding or coordinating a transfer of your registration. In the event you wish to transfer your registration to another person, the arrangement is purely a private one between the parties concerned. Please note, you are also fully responsible for any extra costs associated with the transfer. If you do make arrangements to transfer your ticket, please email AAPO at conference@aapo.org.au to inform of all changes.

Conference changes: For reasons outside of AAPO's control, there may be circumstances when changes to conference dates, venue or timing are necessary. These changes will be communicated in writing to registered delegates in a timely manner. Speakers and content are subject to change. Every endeavour will be made to substitute these with speakers or content of similar premium quality.

Late Registrations: Registrations for the conference will close one week prior to the starting date to enable appropriate pre-conference preparations. However, late registrations will be accepted onsite. Delegates who choose to register onsite will be required to pay for all related costs immediately, via cash, bank cheque or credit card. Personal cheques cannot be accepted. Receipts will be sent after the conference. The organisers cannot guarantee that collateral, such as satchels, will be available to late registering delegates.
